Welcome to Blacktail Detailing! By booking a session, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Blacktail Detailing provides professional detailing services. The scope of work will be agreed upon prior to service. Any requests outside of the original scope may require additional charges. We accept payment via credit card, online payment services, and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of services.

We take pride in the quality of our work and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If any service is not performed to the agreed standard, we will return and re-perform the work at no additional cost until the customer is reasonably satisfied. This guarantee applies only to originally contracted services.

 

Customers are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the aircraft, and disclosing any special requirements or concerns in advance. Blacktail Detailing is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left inside aircraft. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects, and mechanical, electrical, or structural issues unrelated to detailing. 

Blacktail Detailing fosters a professional environment and expects all clients and guests to behave respectfully. Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

All images and media captured during service are the property of Blacktail Detailing. By agreeing to these Terms, you grant us permission to use select images for marketing and social media purposes. You may withdraw consent for specific images by contacting us in writing.

We respect your privacy. Details on how we collect, store, and use personal information are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to these practices.

 

Blacktail Detailing shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, airport or facility restrictions, or acts of government.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website, and the “Effective Date” will be updated. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. Each party is responsible for its own legal costs. 

 

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
